Response times
Support: usually within two business days. Privacy requests: within 30 days for GDPR/UK GDPR, within 45 days for CCPA/CPRA (extendable by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, on notice). Security disclosures: acknowledged within three business days.

If you received a row-scoped edit link from a RowRouter Operator and have a question about why you received it or how the underlying record will be used, contact the Operator first — their email is shown on the link page. If your question is about RowRouter itself (security, the platform, the audit log), email support@rowrouter.com.
